• the two story stone cottage is separated into 4 three-room apartments and one single-room apartment: Raffaello, Michelangelo, Leonardo, Botticelli + Caravaggio
• each apartment can be rented or the complete house
• each flat with private atmosphere and separate entry and a terrace with tasteful garden furniture
• ceiling with visible wooden beams (except Apartment Raffaello!)
• floor tiles "cotta"
• comfortable furniture in the best of taste
• new wrought-iron beds in antique style and antique wooden furniture from the 19th century
• kitchen with 4-flame-cooker (no oven), storage cupboard, refrigerator with small freezer,

• washing machine for common use in a separate room (extra costs!)
• stand alone Barbecue and stone-oven (for pizza)
• outdoor lighting at the house and garden
• regular cultivating of the garden and maintenance of the pool
• the big pool with its irregular form (ca. 19 m x 8 m ) and small fountain is open from the middle of May to the end of September
• outdoor shower , garden furniture at the pool
• there is a handicapped accessible apartment (Raffaelo)
• purchase of typical products like olive oil and wine by the producer
