Leonardo (4-6 guests)

The flat (approx. 80 square meters + 20 square meters sheltered terrace + nearly 12 square meters terrace) is on the first floor in the front part of the house. You reach the terrace and the door by using a separate outdoor stairway. The apartment is divided into a large living-room with kitchenette, a dining table and sofa, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a bedroom with two single beds (arrangements for a double bed are possible) from there is a direct entry to the sheltered terrace.

From the kitchen-living-dining area you reach the large terrace with a magnificent view to the pool and Montegiovi. Out of the double bedroom, a stairway leads to a little gallery with railing of iron with two further sleeping possibilities suitable for children.

The flat is painted in a light blue and pictures by Leonardo da Vinci decorate the walls.
