The flat (approx. 60 square meters + ca. 15 square meters shelter sheltered terrace with view to the pool + nearly 20 square meters sheltered terrace) is on the ground floor in the front part of the house. The entrance is via the terrace. The flat is split into a living-room with kitchenette and dining table with sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (arrangements for a double bed are possible) and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

The shelter terrace is reached through this bedroom.

The apartment is painted in a light pink and pictures by Michelangelo Buonarotti decorate the walls.
