The apartment (about 60 square meters + 15 square meters covered terrace with view of the swimming pool + further 20 square meters of covered terrace) is situated on the ground floor in the western part of the house. The entrance is available from the terrace. It is divided into a living-room with a cooking corner, a double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower box.
The walls are light-pink painted and decorated with pictures portraying Michelangelo Buonarotti's patterns.
